1. Please note that if service is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice via call/text/email, a cancellation fee equaling to half (50%) of the agreed service price.
If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, OR we are turned away at the door, A cancellation/lockout fee of the full (100%) agreed service price will be charged. Staff will contact you and wait 15 minutes after the arrival time. If you do not contact our team in those 15 minutes, the clean is automatically cancelled.

2. We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your home. Occasionally and without intention we may miss something.
So if, after your inspection, you find we have missed something, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue. Refunds are not offered however we are happy to correct any mistakes we have made. Requests received after the 24 hours will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning.

3.Prior to the cleaners arrival, please remove all items, clothing, shoes, toys etc. This may delay the efficient cleaning of your home. This will maximise productivity and minimise the time we spent please note we will add on additional billing time & corresponding charges to your total bill at the end of the service.

4.Because our costs of doing business rise annually, we have the right to increase our fees accordingly on an annually basis. All clients will be given no less than 30 days notice when this will occur. Please understand we take very seriously how any increase affects our clients and will only do so when there is no other option.

5.Please ensure you advise househome if you have any pets and Please secure all pets that are dangerous from househome staff, HouseHome is not responsible for cleaning up after pets.
6. We will alway arrive to your home or business with our cleaning products and equipment . If there is a special cleaner that you prefer, please contact House2Home prior and we will notate the work order to use the particular cleaner. Please note client is to provide particular cleaner.
7.Referrals: Clients will receive $25 off their next cleaning service for referring each new customer to house2home. This discount becomes effective after the referred client has had there first service completed.

8.The client will Secure or remove all fragile and highly breakable/ non replaceable items so that they may not be accidentally damaged during the cleaning service.

9.The Client will advise Househome prior to the commencement of the cleaning Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease or grime at the Premises

10.If the Client requires Househome to clean behind or under any heavy items (eg. a fridge, bookshelves or other furniture), The client is too move those items prior to the commencement of the Service.

11.Househome Staff will not remove insect / insect nests/ rodents/ rodent faeces from the Premises.

12. House2home will contact the Client in the event excessive cleaning is required for heavy dirt and grime not reported at the time of booking to discuss additional payment in relation to extra cleaning time required by House2home staff.

13. If, at any time prior to or during your service, if our Staff feels there is a safety issue, at their discretion, they can terminate the service. The client will be informed of this as soon as possible.
14.As part of our social media updates, our team may take some videos/photos of the work they are undergoing. Rest assured, there will be no confidential documents of photos in these images.Please contact Househome if you DO NOT wish to have your home shared on our social media.

15.The prices quoted for all cleans are for one cleaner. when House2home allocates a team of two to a booking the time will be halved, for example when a team of two Cleaners allocated for a six hour clean it will be completed in three hours. Each Cleaner having worked three hours and the cost will be same as per one Cleaner.

16. Late payment fees may be chargeable for overdue invoices up to the discretion of Househome. All invoices are due to be paid within 7 days after being issued. If payment is not received within the the 7 day time frame, a $50 late payment fee
